Cancellation Policy for Ignite Business Software

1. Program Duration: The Ignite Business Software Intensive is business coaching that entails a 7-month payment plan, while the Ignite Business Software is a software and automation platform that operates on a monthly subscription basis.

2. Cancellation Within the Initial 30 Days of Signing Up: Customers have the option to cancel their payment plan or subscription within the initial 30 days of signing up. To initiate cancellation and be eligible for a full refund, please email us at [email protected]. Our team will process your request promptly, and the full subscription/payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation After the Initial 30 Days of Signing Up: All payments made after the initial 30 days are considered non refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscriptions. However, upon cancellation, access to the Program will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Prorated refunds for unused days are not offered if you cancel after the initial 30 days. Our policy grants a full refund only if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of the subscription.

4. Cancellation Procedure for Ignite Business Software Integration: Subscribers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time after the initial 30 days. Your monthly payment is charged on the same day each month, aligned with the start date of your subscription. If you decide to cancel, we request a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. The last month's payment will be charged if the notice is provided within 29 days before the cancellation date. This ensures that your account remains active during this period, allowing continued access to the Program until the notice period ends.

5. Cancellation Policy for Ignite Business Software: If cancellation occurs after the initial 30 days, the remaining program cost must be paid in full, regardless of whether the client utilizes the content material or not.

6. Effects of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the program and all its materials will be removed. You will not receive any additional content or attend any call sessions. If you wish to rejoin the program in the future, your progress will start fresh from month one.

7. Cancellation Notification and Confirmation: When initiating a cancellation request, our team will acknowledge receipt within 1-2 business days, confirming that your request is in process. Refunds for cancellations within the initial 30 days will be processed typically within 7-14 business days after confirmation. Termination by the Company: Launch Consulting Co. reserves the right to terminate a user's subscription or access to the program in cases of violation of our terms of service or misuse of the program.
