Ignite Business Software Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Ignite Business Software

We adhere to a transparent refund policy to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with all our valued customers. Please acquaint yourself with the terms governing our cancellation and refund policy for Ignite Business Software and its services.

If you intend to cancel or terminate your account, kindly notify us at least 15 days before the end of your subscription term (via an email to [email protected]). Upon cancellation, all your data will be promptly deleted from our servers. As data deletion is irreversible, please ensure your decision before proceeding with the cancellation.

If you intend to cancel or terminate your account during your trial period please notify via email prior to the expiration of your trial.

Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. While you can upgrade or downgrade your service level at any time, Ignite Business Software does not provide refunds for such changes. Should you discontinue using our services before the end of your subscription term, we are unable to refund any fees already paid for the remaining period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services for any reason, without prior notice.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity associated with your account, Ignite Business Software may suspend or terminate your account without recourse to refund.

Please note that no refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies:

Ignite Business Software bills and collects payments in advance for the use of its SaaS services. All services rendered are non-refundable. Upon selecting a subscription plan and furnishing billing details, Ignite Business Software calculates a prorated amount, with the initial payment due upon sign-up.

All subscriptions renew automatically on their scheduled renewal date until formally canceled in writing. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by sending a notice to: [email protected].

Customers will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation of their SaaS service subscription.

Please note that no refunds or credits are provided for partial months of service upon cancellation.

All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and customers are responsible for the payment of such charges.

Customers have the option to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Ignite Business Software does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service for downgrades.

Ignite Business Software reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to any of its SaaS services. In such cases, customers will be offered a refund on a prorated basis for the remaining duration of their subscription plan.
